Thinking Outside The Box

Driving Innovation, Building Products, and Empowering Others to Succeed.

Dare To Believe In The Impossible

What was seen as impossible yesterday may not be impossible today. Always strive to reach the limits with morals, ethics, and thoughfulness.

I encourage everyone to have the courage to pursue or believe in goals, dreams, or outcomes that might initially seem unattainable or unrealistic. It emphasizes overcoming doubt and fear, fostering a mindset of optimism and perseverance to achieve extraordinary results.

My Philosophy

  • You can never get an answer if you do not ask a question.

  • The most powerful tool you have is your voice. Choose to use it.

  • We can achieve great things, but we can only get there together.

We have this unbelievable intension, for whatever reason, to make things more complicated then they need to be. I cannot answer exactly why, I believe, when things are over engineered, complicated with documentation, and when the process list is long, we feel we have achieved something meaningful.

The truth is, if your listening to those that have to function in that environment, meaningful is the last things they woudl day to describe it.

I say "Keep It Simple Stupid" (KISS). Simiplicity is really the path to success.

I am not sure why when we start something in a company, we invite everyone and their pets to the first meetings. All we are doing when we do this is waste other’s valuable time, make the process take longer and turn the project into a hamster wheel that just spins and spins and never gets anywhere.

It is more important to start and start somewhere than to waste time talking about where to start. Once you have the foundation, And the framework off to the team, encourage them to use it as a starting point, to take it and turn it into something beautiful and meaningful.
